Are you a Design Manager or similar from a Construction background who is proficient in Revit / AutoCAD looking for a technical role working on specialist projects within a growing company offering a bonus and the chance to head up a tight-knit design team?

This well-established company provide a range of cladding and fa-ades for a broad range of clients within the construction industry. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly design team.

In this autonomous role you will head up the tight-knit design team, as you oversee varied projects, support junior team members and carry out some hands-on design work. You will attend meetings with clients and key stakeholders, in addition to liaising with other departments and carrying out occasional site visits.

This role would suit a Design Team Leader or similar who is looking for an exciting and varied opportunity within a leading company in the cladding industry who offer a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Oversee varied design projects
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and other departments
• Occasional site visits across UK, primarily Midlands and North
• Monday - Friday 8-4
• Head up tight-knit design team

The Person:

• Design Engineer / Team Leader
• Construction background
• Proficient in Revit / AutoCAD
