You will deliver engaging and personalised Health and Social Care lessons, adapting your teaching to meet the individual needs, abilities and learning styles of each learner.You will work closely with support staff and other professionals to support EHCP outcomes, monitor progress, build confidence and promote positive learning outcomes.
