Interim HR Advisor
Location: Witham, Essex Contract: Temporary / Interim Hours: 40 hours per week, fully on-site Salary: Equivalent to 40,000 per annum (pro rata) Start Date: Immediate An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Witham on a temporary basis. Working closely alongside a highly experienced Head of HR, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive generalist HR support across the business, ensuring managers and employees receive professional, pragmatic, and commercially focused HR guidance. This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys a varied generalist remit and can make an immediate impact. Key ResponsibilitiesProviding day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.Managing a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.Advising on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.Assisting with organisational change initiatives and HR projects.Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.Supporting learning and development activities.Producing HR reports and management information as required.Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will possess:Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.Strong employee relations experience and ..... full job details .....
