This role is crucial in providing high-quality care and support to young people, adhering to our vision, mission, and therapeutic approach. The ideal candidate will be committed, professional, and resilient, especially during demanding times.Day-to-day of the role:Develop abilities of young people through life-long learning, adhering to our code of conduct and current legislation.Maintain confidentiality and develop person-centred relationships, fulfilling Key Worker responsibilities professionally.Support young people in their daily lives, assisting with personal hygiene, nutritional choices, and medication administration in line with our policies.Accompany young people to appointments, support their basic care needs, and engage in leisure activities both inside and outside the home.Ensure the home environment is secure, clean, and well-presented, undertaking domestic chores and health and safety checks as necessary.Use Positive Intervention Support Planning to help manage challenging behaviours and maintain professional record-keeping in line with national standards.Work collaboratively within the team, share responsibilities, and support continuous professional development for self and others.Undertake sleep-in duties and work flexibly on a ..... full job details .....
