The Business Development Team works from our Brighton office 4-5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.What You’ll Be Doing
You''ll be managing your own portfolio of Customer accounts. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to ramping up card spend and account management. This is a telephone-based role (no face-to-face or field sales involved) and you’ll primarily be contacting SME owner-directors selling our award-winning business credit card.Self-generating leadsBuilding and managing a customer pipelineMaking 30-50 outbound cold calls per dayWorking towards and hitting targets of card spendManaging customer accounts and spendWorking to high standards of FCA regulationsProven experience in telesales (ideally in B2B, although not required)Experience managing a 360 sales cycleA proven track record of working to KPIsAn understanding of SMEs and their financial workingsDiversity and InclusionWe welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity.
