Job DescriptionJob Title: Administrator (Certification) Department: Administration Reporting To: Administration SupervisorRole PurposeTo produce accurate and compliant certification packages for company products, ensuring all documentation meets customer purchase order requirements and is released in a timely manner prior to product dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue outgoing certification and documentation packages to ensure customers receive correct and complete information on time.Maintain controlled copies of customer documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and continuity of customer information.Update internal databases and related systems to ensure customer and certification information is visible and accessible to relevant HW colleagues.Liaise with third-party witness bodies for stamp testing and the release of certification documentation.Accurately record product certification details before authorisation by an approved signatory.Ensure all certification requirements are met prior to products being released to customers.Work in accordance with company quality procedures and documentation control standards.Experience / Skills / QualificationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to proofread documentation accuratelyConscientious and methodical approach to workFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesAbility to work to tight deadlinesUnderstanding of quality proceduresExperience of working ..... full job details .....
