About the Role:
You will deliver personalised lessons and life skills education for students with autism, supporting their learning, communication, and independence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons for students with autism.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Promote independence, resilience, and confidence.
  • Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to provide consistent support.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching students with SEN or autism.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and nurturing individual potential.
  • Patient, adaptable, and committed to high-quality care and learning.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a specialist, values-driven environment.
