Your new roleAs the Senior Building Surveyor you will be involved in a range of professional and project work. This will include conducting building surveys and defect analysis, through to contract administration, specification writing and employer''s agent duties. You''ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, predominantly within the commercial sector. Whilst the role is based from the Essex office, it does involve regular travel to project sites. What you''ll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role, you should be MRICS and have strong technical expertise. Excellent client-facing and interpersonal abilities are preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
