The Role As Strategic Asset Manager, you''ll be responsible for leading the organisation''s approach to asset intelligence, stock condition data and long-term investment planning. Working closely with Asset Delivery, Building Safety and Compliance and Finance teams, you''ll translate complex asset data into practical investment programmes, supporting business planning, regulatory compliance and long-term financial sustainability.
