The Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years provision.
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to children, including those with additional needs.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment.
? The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children in an early years or primary school setting.
- A relevant childcare or education qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
- A caring and patient approach with a strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
