There is no such thing as a typical day however your responsibilities as our Customer Service Assistant would include: You ll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries and processing orders. Expect to be on the phone as well as being the face of our trade counter, providing expert knowledge and assistance to any walk-in customers.
