Job Title: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

Location: Kensington and Chelsea
Salary: £85 – £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

GSL Education is currently seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties in a special school in Kensington and Chelsea.

• Provide 1:1 or group support to students with physical and learning disabilities.

• Assist with personal care, feeding (including PEG feeding), and therapy exercises.

• Help create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment.

• Collaborate with class teachers, therapists, and support staff.

• Previous experience in a SEN setting, ideally with PMLD or SLD.

• Training or familiarity with manual handling, PEG, or personal care is desirable.

• Patient, reliable and committed to safeguarding pupil wellbeing.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
