Inbound Sales Advisor - Mobiles My client is looking for confident communicators and customer-focused Inbound Sales advisors to handle incoming customer enquiries, identify customer needs, to recommend suitable products or services, offering upgrade services. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets and contributing to a positive customer experience. You will be expected to convert these calls into sales using effective listening and questioning techniques, utilising the portfolio of deals available. Days - Monday to Friday Hours - 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday / Saturday 09:00-17:30 2 Weeks training is provided.
