Job Title: Commercial Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Carmarthen and surrounding areas along the M4 and A48

Rate: -250 - -275 p/d - This is inclusive of any expected travel expenses

IR35 Determination: Outside of scope

The Brief:

If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. This is expected to be an ongoing contract with at least 6 months longevity. The workload is expected to be mainly Commercial Surveys to Educational facilities in the region. There will be a good mixture of buildings, including some of the old Clasp style schools.

The position

This position will require an Asbestos Surveyor to carry out housing surveys across the South Wales region centered around Carmarthen and surrounding areas. These will be management surveys with R&D elements to Educational type facilities.

Qualifications

You will need to have a P402 or RSPH, as well as experience in this type of work. Recent experience as a fully qualified surveyor is also essential.

It is essential that you have your own transportation, surveys tool-kit, as well as half-mask, recent face-fit test and asbestos awareness certification.

The work is carried out using the TEAM''s software, so it will be advantageous if you have experience of using this.
