This is a hands-on, customer-facing role working across three multi-use venues that host meetings, conferences, events and weddings.You will play a key role in ensuring venues are prepared to a high standard, customers are supported throughout their bookings, and events run smoothly from set-up to clear-down.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and clear down rooms in line with customer requirements, ensuring high standards are maintained at all timesWork flexibly across all venues, including some evenings and weekends on a rota basisServe pre-prepared refreshments to customersActively promote venue hire and support income generation targetsHandle customer enquiries and assist with bookings as requiredOpen and close premises securelyClean, tidy and reset venues following eventsIdentify and report faults or defects, escalating issues where appropriateCarry out basic security, maintenance and health and safety duties in line with agreed standardsSupervise contractors when requiredSupport event delivery across all venuesProvide reception desk cover when neededEnsure all venue set-ups comply with ..... full job details .....
