your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:To be fully conversant with all rates operated by each individual hotel and to sell them within the revenue management controls;Making room reservations for our hotels to the required standards;Use correct telephone techniques when dealing with both internal and external customers and to maintain the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency whilst achieving the Maybourne Standards of Service on every call;To maximise room revenue through cross selling and up selling;To assist and aid the Restaurant Reservations team whenever possible;Creating renowned memorable experiences for our guests.Successful candidates for our
