We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, privately funded home care provider for a Branch Care Manager to lead their Wantage branch. It''s one of the larger branches in the region by care hours, and the team is still bedding in so they need someone who can bring structure, consistency and confidence quickly. You''ll hold the CQC registration for the branch, lead the office team, and own both care quality and commercial performance.
