Working under a Senior Development Manager, you''ll manage projects from feasibility stage through to securing planning permission, ensuring schemes meet commercial objectives and approved business plans. You''ll collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Development, Director of Major Projects and wider teams to drive projects forward and deliver new homes and communities. In this role, you''ll ensure developments align with local priorities and Clarion''s mission. You''ll communicate the local business plan, work with colleagues and partners to achieve objectives, and manage your own performance while supporting team or project accountability where required. You''ll bring a strong track record in residential-led developments, with demonstrable experience in development, master planning, and place creation.
