This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build a service from day one creating a safe, supportive, and high-quality home for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.What You''ll Do:Oversee the registration process and launch of the home with OfstedRecruit and develop a skilled, child-centred care teamBuild a nurturing and structured environment where young people can thriveFoster strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external partnersWhat We re Looking For:Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children''s EBD settingStrong working knowledge of Ofsted standards and residential care regulationsNVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)A confident, compassionate leader ready to create a culture of excellence from the ground upWhat s On Offer:Competitive salary: £48,000 £55,800 per annumBonus incentives, including:Up to £3,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted rating£400/month full occupancy bonusOn-call payments: £25 (weekday) / £35 (weekend)33 days annual leave (25 days + ..... full job details .....
