Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our long-standing manufacturing client with their search for a TIG Welder. Key Duties: Carry out TIG welding, any MIG Welding is a bonus. Working with Aluminium. Interpret and work from engineering drawings with precision.Operate independently or as part of a team to complete assigned work.Key Requirements: Time-served Fabricator.Proven experience in TIG welding.Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively.The Package: Salary is dependant on experience/expectations. Hours are 37.5 p/wk. Mainly 07.30-4.30 M-Th and 07.30-11 Fri. Some shifts with customer demand may revert to 6-2 or 2-10 though this is atypical.
