This role offers the chance to coordinate UK and international shipments, work with freight providers and customs agents, and play a key role in ensuring products reach customers efficiently and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate UK, European and worldwide shipmentsArrange road, air and sea freight transportationLiaise with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokersOrganise collections from suppliers and inbound deliveriesMonitor shipments and resolve transport issuesMaintain accurate transport documentationProvide shipment updates to customers and internal teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the transport function Essential:Strong administration and organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsGood knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and TeamsAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasksA proactive approach to problem solvingDesirable:Experience within transport, logistics, warehouse or supply chain environmentsKnowledge of freight forwarding and transportation providersUnderstanding of customs procedures and international shippingExperience ..... full job details .....
