This full-time role will see you working with children aged 0-16 years, providing crucial support both inside and outside the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Support children with a range of SEN needs, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.Work 1:1 with key children, ensuring they can access the curriculum and develop social, emotional, and academic skills.Provide support in both small group and whole-class settings.Assist with classroom management, including supporting behaviour strategies and helping children stay focused.Help deliver individualised learning plans and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all children.Support children during outdoor activities, break times, and other school events.The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable.A patient, caring, and flexible approach to supporting students.A strong understanding of the various forms of SEN and how to effectively support students with diverse needs.Excellent ..... full job details .....
