Customer Service Agent (Hybrid)
Morgan McKinley is looking for Customer Service Agents to work for a lovely company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The main purpose of the Contact Centre Agent job is to provide an excellent Customer Service, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, Web Chat and/or social media as required.Salary: 26,728 + excellent company benefitsLocation: East Grinstead, hybrid working options after training - 2-3 days office basedHours: 35 hour working week - shifts between 8.45am-6pmCustomer Service Agent duties:Answer customer calls and handle queriesRespond to customer emails and live web chatProvide a high level customer advice and information service to customersSupport and assist colleagues through sharing of knowledge and experience Handle customer complaints Skills and Experience Required:Previous experience of customer service, ideally within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to customer service ..... full job details .....
