Our client, a long established, independent consultancy, is held in high industry regard. Their workload includes some of the UK''s larger, high-profile projects, involving regular collaboration with celebrated architects. This is a medium size business arranged into small project teams, your ideas and knowledge will have meaningful impact ensuring the development of your client facing, technical and delivery skills. More generally the firm nurtures its employees and has a friendly and collaborative culture, consequently staff turnover is low. Project Workload: Typically valued between £50m and £200m they work nationally with London being the location for a majority of their larger projects. You will work on complex new and refurbishment schemes. They are well known for their expertise in delivering refurbishment and re-purposing projects on high value, sensitive listed buildings. New build projects will typically include healthcare and mixed use residential. Your Role: Working alongside a structural associate you will help develop designs in all the commonly used materials from concept stages through to detail design production.
