Transport Administrator

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key player in a fast-paced transport operation? We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our client’s team in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics.

Key Responsibilities of this Transport Administrator role:

  • Provide administrative support to the transport team
  • Input and manage data using transport management systems
  • Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely departures and arrivals
  • Monitor and resolve delivery or dispatch issues
  • Prepare and manage paperwork including manifests and delivery notes
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations
Skills required for this Transport Administrator role:
  • Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse admin role (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
