Mechanical Bias Engineer (Days Food Manufacturing) Location: Redgrave Salary: £49206 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off 6:00am 6:00pm Reporting to: Maintenance Team Leader About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Bias Engineer to join our engineering team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production machinery through planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Working as part of a multi-skilled engineering team, you will support the smooth operation of our production lines by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns, carrying out mechanical repairs, and identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. You''ll play a vital role in maintaining production efficiency while ensuring all engineering activities are completed in line with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards.
