We are seeking an experienced and organised Business Support Officer to join the Family First Team on a temporary basis. This role will provide administrative support to the Group Manager and wider Business Support Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Group Manager and Family First Team.Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.Monitor and manage a general team mailbox.Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Book rooms and facilities for meetings, events, and training sessions.Send meeting invitations and coordinate attendance on behalf of the Group Manager.Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation.Support the wider Business Support Team with general administrative duties.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in an administration, business support, or office support ..... full job details .....
