The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales pipeline through strategic sales planning. The role will be key in ensuring the company are market leaders by generating sales opportunities through lead management, sales calls and customer support. Main tasks include but are not limited to: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors and decision-makers within key customers (about 50% specification and 50% contractor). Develop and implement strategies to land new projects and capitalise on emerging trends in defined regions or segments. Serve as a principal point of escalation for clients regarding key projects and clients seeking product specifications and project delivery information. Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering and Operations to ensure accurate and timely responses to client enquiries and to ensure projects are delivered to time, quality and budget.
