The Role - ASD Teaching Assistant
As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a KS2 pupil with ADHD on a 1:1 basis. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement personalised strategies that support the child''s academic, social, and emotional development. The successful candidate will encourage engagement in learning, promote positive behaviour, and help create a structured and supportive environment throughout the school day. This role requires someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about making a difference. Previous experience supporting children with ADHD is essential.
