The recruitment process consists of 3 stages. Essential:Good all-round education (i.e. 2 GCSEs at equivalent of grade 4 or above including English), or equivalent demonstrable experience in a similar roleFor safeguarding reasons this role is only open to people aged over 18 years of ageDesirable:NHS Pathways TrainedNVQ 2/3 Customer Services or equivalent demonstrable experienceKnowledge and Experience
