The team combines technical expertise with a commercial and pragmatic approach, offering both contentious and non-contentious advice at the highest level.Employment Solicitor - Position Overview: Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law issuesHandle contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal claimsSupport corporate transactions with due diligence and TUPE adviceDraft and review employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, and settlement agreementsAdvise on reorganisations, disciplinaries, grievances, and day-to-day HR issuesManage cases involving employment status, redundancy, and restrictive covenantsProvide clear, commercial advice to clients and work autonomously with partner supportContribute to business development and client relationship management Requirements of the Employment Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor with 3-8 years'' PQE in Employment LawExperience ..... full job details .....
