Full Time Chef

Overview We are a unique riverside hotel, licensed for weddings, holding the best events throughout the summer. Including Soultrain , Reggae on the River and Summer vibes. We even have an ice rink.The venue has 2 bars and a number of dining areas both inside and outside. Outdoor Caribbean kitchen, indoor wood fired pizza oven and state of the art kitchen. We host many weddings and have large functions most weekends and wakes during the week.We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Our menu focuses on the holiday experience with a range of differing cuisines - Caribbean, wood fired pizzas, Moroccan and traditional English - Carvery and Fish n chips. We are a face paced environment, utilising fresh ingredients.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a flair for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests. As a Chef, you will lead the kitchen staff, ensuring that high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Duties Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety, and sanitation practices. Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
