Accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of wood are key.Key Responsibilities Operating CNC bandsaw machines safely and efficiently Cutting a range of wood types to precise measurements Reading and working from job sheets and production drawings Selecting the correct materials for each job Carrying out quality checks on finished components Maintaining a clean and organised work area What We re Looking For Experience operating CNC bandsaws or similar woodworking machinery Good knowledge of different wood types and their properties Understanding of woodworking processes and safe machine use Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team What s in it for you?
