Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a leading architectural firm based around the Stratford-Upon-Avon region, renowned for working within the Residential space. My clients are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them.

With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio includes a strong presence within the Residential sector, working on Student Living, Care Homes and Commercial projects. 

• Lead the production and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD
• Oversee the technical delivery of projects, mentoring junior team members while collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and engineers to develop practical design solutions
• Manage site visits, surveys, and construction inspections, ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent, Building Regulations, and quality standards
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to completion

• Extensive proficiency in Revit with the ability to lead BIM coordination across projects
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and technical standards
• Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven experience delivering Residential projects, with the ability to manage multiple schemes and support junior team members
