Social Media Coordinator

Overview
We are recruiting for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help shape Fenwick’s digital presence across paid and organic channels. The role is based at our Wigmore Office in London with the opportunity to travel to our stores.About the role
As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll create engaging content, support campaign planning, and cultivate our online community to drive growth, visibility, and brand engagement. You’ll work with colleagues across Marketing, PR, Digital Trade and Buying to ensure our social content reflects the Fenwick vision and aligns with the wider marketing calendar.Day-to-day you’ll help deliver and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, while also managing organic content planning and scheduling. You’ll collaborate with the Visual Content team to brief creative, monitor community engagement, and provide timely responses to our audience to maintain a strong, consistent online voice. You will report on key social metrics to inform future strategy and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social content aligns with Fenwick’s brand and marketing calendar.Brief creative and manage delivery with the Visual Content team.Monitor, moderate, and respond to online community engagement.Analyse social performance and provide insights to optimise future strategies.Qualifications
Experience in social media, both paid and organic.Familiar with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Curious mindset with an interest in analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.About you
