Personnel Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support professional to join our client in Banbury. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relations by providing efficient administrative and support services. This role involves handling customer enquiries, managing data, and supporting sales administration activities. Perm for the right candidate Initially looking for temp cover. 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday 12.71ph - an increased rate for the right candidate. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Maintain accurate records using CRM software and update customer information regularly. Support the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth workflow. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and systems. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
