Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (Occasional Saturdays)

We''re recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our reputable clients in Erdington. If you have experience in warehouse management and hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, we''d love to hear from you.

Your Role as Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervise and lead a small warehouse team
• Operate FLT and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Train new starters and support team development
• Respond to customer queries and manage email communications
• Create and process orders and shipment paperwork
• Monitor and maintain stock control and inventory records

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
