The Role As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression. This is a varied role that combines reception duties with administrative support, making it ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities Greeting visitors, clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner. Managing visitor and contractor sign-in procedures, including issuing security passes. Booking and coordinating meeting rooms. Supporting the organisation of meetings and office events. Processing incoming and outgoing post. Monitoring stationery stock levels and placing orders when required. Carrying out monthly first aid box checks and maintaining inspection records.
