The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for human resources. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organisational culture. Utilise applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines effectively. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management, networking, and industry events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates'' qualifications against job requirements. Provide guidance to clients on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a consultancy setting. Familiarity with CRM systems Strong lead generation skills with experience in social media management for talent acquisition.
