From disciplinaries and grievances to absence, performance and complex restructures, you will help leaders reach fair, compliant and people-centred outcomes that protect our culture and our business.Working from home, you will partner with managers across our nationwide operations, building their confidence and capability while ensuring consistency with UK employment law and company policy. You will balance detail and pace, documenting thoroughly, anticipating risks early and guiding consultations that land change well.ROLE EXPECTATIONSMost days you will be advising managers on live ER cases, drafting documentation, preparing for and attending hearings remotely, and guiding consultation processes for restructures.
