As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Finance Director to join their leadership team and report directly to the CFO. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to shape and build a high-performing finance function from the ground up.Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for someone stepping up into their first Finance Director role or someone already operating at this level. You will be the sole report into the CFO and you will oversee building and running the finance function. Roles and responsibilities will include:Lead and grow the finance function in line with business needs.Oversee daily financial operations and ensure robust financial controls.Ensure compliance with accounting standards.Lead on month-end and group MI reporting.Deliver clear, insightful reports to the management and wider leadership team.Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.Lead the budgeting and forecasting planning cycle.
