Role: RTA Personal Injury Solicitor
Location:-Lancashire/Hybrid
Salary:35,000 - -45,000-annum DOE

The Role

• Manage a-busy caseload-of pre-litigated and/or litigated RTA personal injury claims
• Draft key legal documents including-letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court pleadings.
• Handle-MOJ Portal-and-OIC Portal-claims from start to finish.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers, defendants, and other representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

Key Requirements

• A qualified-Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury
• Someone with excellent communication, advocacy and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet billing/fee targets
