The company provide precision parts to a wide range of industries including aerospace and Oil and Gas in their modern and fast paced machining facility. The role - CMM Quality inspector As a successful CMM quality inspector, you will be required to inspect precision engineered components. Duties - CMM Quality inspector First off inspection and final inspection in a subcontract machining environment Using inspection measurement equipment such as Micrometres, Verniers, Gauges First article inspection reporting Requirements - CMM Quality inspector Experience using inspection measurement equipment A knowledge of inspection measurement equipment. Good understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements First article inspection reporting Root cause analysis and resolution, including rework of parts. Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision. Good communications and computer literacy.
