This-wonderful-and-dynamic-position-is-offering-the-opportunity-as-a-Hybrid-Role.-

Salary:65,00075,000-per-annum-DOE

As-our-Client-continues-to-expand-within-the-Commercial-and-Retail-sectors,-they-are-looking-for-you-to-be-responsible-for-managing-the-successful-delivery-of-installations-that-include-public-health-systems,-ventilation-systems,-LTHW-/-CHW-system-and-air-conditioning-systems-typically-across-retail-and-commercial-projects.

You-will-be-responsible-for-delivering-the-works-on-time,-within-budget,-to-the-highest-standard-and-meet-the-following-criteria:

• Oversee-the-workforce-of-employed,-self-employed-and-sub-contractors.
• Working-with-the-commercial-and-procurement-team-to-ensure-material-and-sub-contract-packages-are-correctly-procured.
• Communicating-with-various-project-stakeholders.
• Manage-budgets,-schedules-and-resources
• Problem-solving.
• Provide-technical-expertise-to-ensure-successful-delivery-of-the-works.

Experience/Skills-we-are-looking-for:

• Previous,-recent-experience-in-a-project-manager-role.
• Trade-experience-as-a-pipe-fitter-/-plumber-with-ideally-having-developed-into-a-PM-role-after-working-from-the-ground-upwards.
• Highly-organised-and-pro-active.
• Excellent-communication-skills-with-strong-attention-to-detail
• Motivated-to-grow-within-the-role-&-contribute-to-the-continuous-improvement-of-practices-and-procedures.
