The Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator (Electrical ) to join a growing pre-construction team based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing electrical packages across a range of commercial projects, working closely with operations, commercial, and project delivery teams to produce accurate and competitive tenders. This role would suit someone with a strong electrical background who understands both technical delivery and commercial pricing within construction or building services environments. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed electrical estimates and cost plans from drawings, specifications, and tender documentsReview project documentation and identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering optionsProduce accurate take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, subcontractors, and equipmentLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotationsSupport bid submissions ..... full job details .....
