This role offers the chance to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to strategic people initiatives that make a real difference. The Role Reporting into the People team, you will provide expert HR advice, coaching and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters. You will take ownership of employee relations cases, support organisational change programmes and help embed HR best practice across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR support and coaching to managers. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence matters. Support restructures, organisational change and change management initiatives. Develop and review HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation. Advise on sickness absence management, occupational health referrals and return-to-work plans. Analyse HR data and provide insights and recommendations. Support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and identify trends for improvement. Facilitate informal resolution and mediation discussions where required.
