This corporation is a global company and a market leader in the biopharmaceutical field. This role is a full-time role at 35 hours/week with a 50/50 hybrid working arrangement.Your new role The purpose of this role is to provide customer support and handle enquiries, with duties including: Understanding policies around order management and customer enquiries.Receiving orders and entering into the SAP system.Receiving and answering customer contacts through phone and email.Monitoring all open orders until completion and addressing exceptionsHandling customer routine complaints and disputes; resolving disputes; route disputes to the proper channelsSupporting internal and external audits What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:Fluency in Dutch - speaking, writing and understanding Dutch (French-speaking may also be considered)Demonstrated experience with SAPHighly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in a customer service/support role with the ability to handle complex customer situations.What you''ll get in return This role will provide you with the ..... full job details .....
