Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a global animal health company on a contract basis for 12 months

Salary:
Paying -12.97 per hour PAYE

Customer Service Representative Role:

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Process and prioritise customer orders across multiple systems in line with SLAs.
• Perform accurate data entry and support maintenance of product and system codes.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor stock availability and support order fulfilment processes.
• Log and support investigation of product and service complaints in line with quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal quality procedures.

Your Background:

• Previous experience within customer service, administration, planning, or supply chain environments.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• IT literate, including working knowledge of Excel.
