Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking project management division, the successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining quality, programme, and cost control across a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, and public infrastructure.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects through all RIBA stages, managing stakeholders, reporting project performance, and ensuring delivery to agreed scope and budget. You will be responsible for leading consultant teams, coordinating procurement strategies, and providing clear project direction to clients and delivery teams.

This role requires a hands-on approach, with regular client liaison and decision-making responsibilities. You will also support junior staff through mentoring and training, while actively identifying opportunities for business development and future work streams.

To be considered for this Senior Project Manager position, you will ideally have:

• A degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Chartered status or working towards (RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent)

• A strong track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Sound commercial awareness and contract knowledge
