The individual will lead and manage Lowry''s IT support service, ensuring the effective operation, support and continuous improvement of systems, applications, infrastructure and user support. There is a huge variety to this role including providing hands-on support to all areas of the organisation from technology used across office, theatre, visitor-facing and operational environments such as laptops, tills, EPOS systems, printers, venue WI-Fi, server and storage platforms as well as printers and payment devices.
